I have a feeling there will be many of these posts! Now that he is crawling out of his crib, he thinks he doesn't need to take a nap either. So, we go back and forth all afternoon trying to keep him contained or wear him out so that he finally falls asleep. Hasn't happened today and he woke up at 6. Let's just say it has been a long day. He turns into the tazmanium devil with no sleep. Most kids crash when they are exhausted.... not Will he goes a million miles a minute on no sleep. So, we follow him around as he is opening drawers (the ones that the child proof things have broken) and throwing items out, and climbing on everything. He especially likes forks, toothbrushes and toothpaste. My theory is he will be a dentist or chef!
Trey started back to school after a long break. Was not excited to go back, but am sure once he got there he was happy to see all of his friends. So, now it is back to normal. Or whatever that is!
Sydney was glad to have all her friends back here at daycare. The teacher's kids I watch weren't here over break. So, she got bored quickly with just Will and one other baby. She will start back at preschool tomorrow. She is also excited to have our friend's baby girl here the next 2 days. I am helping her out with daycare. She is about 4 months old so it will be fun to have a tiny one here and a girl(since we have a houseful of boys)!
Not much else is new. The stores have been busy this first week of January, so that always makes our week a little better. Hard to be small business owners during this "economic crisis". But we get through the tough times and are thankful for the good ones. Our new gym is picking up, so that is good news. Am sure I will have many more "Will stories" to come! Hope the New Year has been good to everyone so far!
